Why is my order not in my order history?
In principle, this can be explained by two situations.
You placed your order as a guest, without creating an account or connecting to a pre-existing account. In this case, the order cannot be added to your order history.
You typed an incorrect email address when you created your account. In this case, you have not received a confirmation email and cannot connect to the account used to place the order.
