Why can't I exchange my items?

For technical reasons linked to the organization of the warehouse, it is not possible to exchange your items directly.
However, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt and place a new order. IZIPIZI will issue a refund for the returned item as soon as it is received at the warehouse, provided that all the components are present (glasses, box, accessories) and that the quality control has been validated.
The corresponding amount will be credited back to your account within a few days.

To save time, you can place a new order when you return the one you are not happy with.
