What should I do if I make a mistake or have difficulty making a payment?
Are you unable to make a payment at checkout?
Make sure that the payment method you wish to use is available in the destination country.
Check that the information entered during payment is correct.
If the problem persists despite these checks, it may be linked to your bank. Contact them first to try to resolve the problem.
Are you unsure whether your order has been registered?
Check your order history in the "My orders" section of your customer account.
If your order is not displayed in your history and/or you have not received a confirmation email, you will not be debited. In this case, please try again, making sure that the information you entered during payment is correct.
