How can I get compensation if my pair was bought from a retailer?
In principle, the legal guarantee is the responsibility of the retailer, not the manufacturer or supplier of the product.
The retailer is therefore bound to provide after-sales service. This is who you should deal with first.
If your product is still under guarantee and meets the conditions for coverage, the retailer from whom you purchased it will offer you an exchange or refund. The retailer will then be compensated by IZIPIZI.
