Izipizi's guarantee conditions

All items sold by IZIPIZI come with a guarantee.
If, within two years of purchase, an IZIPIZI product suffers damage that is not the result of improper use, IZIPIZI will replace it or refund the purchase price.
Please note that if the pair has been handled by a third party, it will lose its guarantee. For exact terms and conditions, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions.

If you wish to benefit from the guarantee, you will need to provide proof of purchase (order reference for a purchase from the IZIPIZI website; receipt for a purchase in a store), take photos of the damaged part and contact our Happy Customer Service by sending an email to: contact@izipizi.com.
