I made a mistake in the contents of my order: what should I do?

We are keen to maximize customer satisfaction, so we make every effort to prepare and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, orders placed cannot be cancelled by Izipizi. The content cannot be modified.

However, if you made a mistake with your order, you can have it returned to us by refusing delivery to the carrier. You can do this either by contacting the carrier while the order is still in transit, or by indicating your refusal directly at the time of delivery.

If delivered to a relay point, the parcel will be automatically returned if you do not collect it within 14 days of delivery.

The order will be refunded as soon as it is returned to us. If you wish, you can place another order in the meantime.
