Return Policy
You can return unused items within 14 days. This means that from the moment you receive your order, you have 14 days to make your return request (from your customer account or guest order tracking – see procedure below), and then return any unworn or unused item to us, as long as the original labels are still intact, and it is accompanied by any accessories and instructions and the invoice to which the products relate.
A product that has suffered depreciation as a result of excessive handling (notably damaged, incomplete, worn, without a label, etc.) cannot be taken back. The cost of return shipment shall be borne by the customer.
Following the return, the Internet User will be reimbursed for the products returned and conforming to his/her order, but will not be reimbursed for the shipping and return costs incurred.
If the Internet user wishes an exchange, he/she is invited to place a new order directly on the site and return the original item so that IZIPIZI can proceed with reimbursement, as processing times are faster and return shipping costs are borne by the Internet user in all cases.
French orders - How do I make a return?
Do you have a customer account on the site? Here's the procedure to follow:
- Go to your customer area "My account".
- Click on "My orders".
- For the selected order, click on "View details".
- On your order page, click on "Return package" in the top right-hand corner. You will be redirected to our returns portal.
- Enter your order number and the email address you used to place your order.
- Follow the procedure.
- Print out your returns slip to slip into your parcel, and the prepaid returns label to stick onto your parcel.
- Drop off your parcel at the point of your choice (from the list of available points).
Please note that the return costs (prepaid label) will be deducted from the refund amount, as indicated on our returns portal.
Did you order as a guest? Here's how to proceed:
- Go to the login page and order tracking area.
- Enter your email address and order number.
- On your order page, click on "Return package" in the top right-hand corner.
- Enter your order number and the email address you used to place your order.
- Follow the procedure.
- Print out your returns slip to slip into your parcel, and the prepaid returns label to stick onto your parcel.
- Drop off your parcel at the point of delivery of your choice (from the list of available points of delivery).
