United States: Prepaid return labels are not available.
*For Zone 1 and Zone 2, the return shipping fee is converted into the local currency. The final amount may vary depending on the applicable exchange rate at the time of the return request.
This fee helps cover part of the logistics costs involved in processing a return, including transport, handling, quality checks, and restocking.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Can I return an item bought in an IZIPIZI store or from a reseller?
Only orders placed on our website can be returned through our online return portal.
If you purchased your item in an IZIPIZI store, from a reseller, or from any other third-party point of sale, please contact the original place of purchase directly. Their own return policy will apply.
Similarly, orders placed on our website cannot be returned in an IZIPIZI store or through a reseller. Please use our online return portal to request your return.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and processed by our warehouse, your refund will be issued within a few days.
Please note that it may then take a few additional days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
