Returns & Partial Refunds: In the event of a partial return (returning only one of the two items in the Duo), the bundle discount is voided. The retained item will be charged at its standard full retail price, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. The complimentary pouch must also be returned in unused condition; otherwise, its full retail value will be deducted from the refund amount.

Your Complimentary Pouch and Cord
Eligibility: Offer valid for eligible orders shipped worldwide, excluding the United States.
Eligible Purchase: Receive one (1) complimentary pouch and one (1) pink cord with any order reaching the minimum required purchase amount of €30. This condition applies excluding taxes, shipping fees, and gift card purchases.
Offer Duration and Availability: The offer is valid until November 1, but may end earlier if supplies run out. Supplies are limited and gifts are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Limits: Maximum of one (1) complimentary pouch and cord set per eligible order and per customer. The gift cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or store credit.
Returns and Refunds: If the return of an item brings the final order amount below the €30 threshold, the complimentary pouch and cord must be returned alongside the eligible items. Otherwise, the full retail value of the complimentary items will be deducted from the refund total.
