What should I do if the order I receive is not what I ordered?
There are three main situations:
There was an error in the preparation of the order (A ordered, B received). This is rare, but it can happen. In this case, don't rush to return the item: contact our Happy Customer Service (contact@izipizi.com) who will help you as soon as possible.
You placed the wrong order. To be sure, check the contents of your order via the confirmation email or from your customer space ("My orders" tab). If you are at fault, you may return your item for a refund within 14 days of receipt. To find out about the returns procedure, click here (redirection to article 1.).
Your item has a defect. If this is the case, send an email to contact@izipizi.com describing the problem. Our Happy Customer Service will tell you what to do.
