How do I return my order?

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return. The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and with all the elements received: glasses, box, and case.

• Go to the Global-e Portal.
  
• Enter your order number (in the format GEXXXXXXXXXXUS) and the email address used to place the order.
  
• Select the items you wish to return.
  
• Download the return label.
  
• Follow the provided instructions.

Please note that return shipping costs are at your expense. IZIPIZI already covers part or even the entirety of delivery costs.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer return shipping as well.
