They are designed to block direct light within a specific range of the spectrum and can be worn all day long. SLEEPING lenses, on the other hand, block blue light from artificial lighting – a more diffuse light – to support melatonin production and help improve sleep. For best results, they should be worn 2 hours before bedtime.
