Why do I have to pay for the return postage?

IZIPIZI already covers some or all of the delivery costs. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of returns.
Please note, however, that by using our platform to make your return, you benefit from negotiated rates that are more competitive than those charged directly by the various carriers (excluding France and the United States).
