What should I do if my payment fails?

If you are unable to complete your payment at checkout, please first check that all payment details have been entered correctly and that the selected payment method is available in your country.
If the issue persists, it may be related to your bank or payment provider. In that case, we recommend contacting them directly.
If you have checked with your bank or payment provider and still cannot complete your payment, please contact us at contact@izipizi.com. Our Customer Support team will do its best to help.

How can I know if my order has been successfully placed?

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
You can also check your order history in your customer account.
If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your spam folder and make sure the email address used during checkout was correct.
If your order does not appear in your order history and you have not received an order confirmation email, your order may not have been registered and you should not be charged. You can then try placing your order again.

When will I be charged for my order?

Payment is taken when your order is dispatched.
This means you may be charged before your order is delivered. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
