Monthly Prize Draw Rules – “Exclusive Eyewear”

ARTICLE 1 : ORGANIZING COMPANY

IZIPIZI, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 524 478 138, with its registered office located at 19 rue de Calais, 75009 Paris, France, hereinafter referred to as “IZIPIZI” or the “Organizing Company”, is organizing a free prize draw with no purchase necessary, starting from October 2025, hereinafter referred to as the “Prize Draw”, the terms and conditions of which are described in these rules, hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”.

ARTICLE 2 : PARTICIPANTS

Access to the Prize Draw is open to persons accessing the French version of the website, and is available to any individual over the age of 18 residing in France, hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”.

The Prize Draw is not open to members of staff, including executives, employees, interns, directors, and permanent or occasional collaborators, whether salaried or not, of the Organizing Company, nor to their family members or spouses.

The Organizing Company reserves the right to ask any Participant to provide proof that they meet the participation requirements. Any Participant who does not meet the requirements, or refuses to provide proof thereof, will be excluded from the Prize Draw and will not be entitled to receive any prize under any circumstances.

ARTICLE 3 : PRINCIPLE AND TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

To participate in the Prize Draw, the Participant must follow the steps below:

Meet the requirements set out in the definition of “Participant”;
Fully and unconditionally accept the Rules by consulting them on the IZIPIZI website;
Enter their email address in order to participate;
Click on “Subscribe” to register their participation.

Only one entry per Participant, under the same name, is allowed for the entire duration of the Prize Draw. It is strictly prohibited for the same Participant to enter the Prize Draw more than once.

Any incomplete or late entry to the Prize Draw will be considered void. In the event of multiple entries by the same Participant, all of their entries will be fully invalidated.

Entries to the Prize Draw containing, including but not limited to, images or statements of the following nature are prohibited:

− Infringing human dignity;

− Sexually explicit or suggestive, pornographic, erotic, or paedophilic content;

− Glorifying crimes involving intentional harm to life, bodily integrity, or sexual assault as defined in Book II of the French Criminal Code, including rape, indecent assault, public indecency, offences against public morals, sexual harassment, etc.;

− Glorifying war crimes, crimes against humanity, or crimes or offences of any kind;

− Discriminatory, hateful, or violent content targeting a person or group of persons on the basis of their origin, membership or non-membership, real or presumed, of a specific ethnic group, nation, race, sexual orientation, profession, age category, or religion;

− Defamatory, insulting, slanderous, racist, or xenophobic content.

ARTICLE 4 : SELECTION OF WINNERS AND PRIZES

For this Prize Draw, 1 (one) Participant will be selected at random each month by the Organizing Company, hereinafter referred to as the “Winner”.

Within 48 (forty-eight) hours from the last day of the month, the Winner will be selected and notified of their win by email.

Each prize will consist of a voucher worth €40 (forty euros), valid on the IZIPIZI website, hereinafter referred to as the “Prize”.

The Prize awarded may not be exchanged for cash, returned, or resold. In any case where IZIPIZI is unable to provide the Prize, no compensation will be awarded to the Winner.

No message will be sent to non-winning Participants. The Organizing Company may not be held liable if the Winner cannot be reached within the required timeframe for reasons beyond its control, or if the Winner fails to follow the instructions set out in the Rules.

For the purpose of awarding the Prize, the Winner authorizes the Organizing Company to carry out any checks regarding their identity.

ARTICLE 5 : MODIFICATION OF THE RULES AND LIABILITY OF THE ORGANIZING COMPANY

The Organizing Company reserves the right to amend these Rules if necessary, and to make any decisions it considers useful for the application and interpretation of the Rules, provided that the Participants are informed.

ARTICLE 6 : PRIVACY – PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation No. 2016/679, known as the General Data Protection Regulation, the personal data collected by IZIPIZI for the purpose of managing entries and selecting the Winner will be retained for a period of 3 (three) years.

ARTICLE 7 : ACCESS TO THE RULES

ARTICLE 8 : ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in the Prize Draw implies the Participant’s full and unconditional acceptance of all provisions of these Rules.

In the event of any issue relating to the interpretation of the clauses of these Rules, as well as in any case of difficulties not provided for herein, the dispute will be settled by the Organizing Company.

If one or more provisions of these Rules are declared null and void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

All cases not provided for in the Rules will be decided by the Organizing Company, whose decisions will be final and binding.

ARTICLE 9 : LIABILITY

The Organizing Company may not be held liable in the event of a malfunction of the Internet network or the Instagram platform preventing access to the Prize Draw or its proper operation, including in the event of external malicious acts, interruptions, network incidents, technical incidents, etc.

The Organizing Company may not be held liable for any error in the data provided by the Participant. In particular, the Organizing Company invites Winners to carefully check that the phone number and address provided are correct and up to date.

The Organizing Company may not be held liable for any damage of any kind, whether personal, physical, material, financial, or otherwise, arising in connection with a player’s participation in this Prize Draw.

The Prize Draw is not managed or sponsored by Instagram. Instagram may therefore under no circumstances be held liable for any dispute related to the Prize Draw.

For any question, comment, or complaint regarding the Prize Draw, the Participant must contact the Organizing Company directly and not Instagram.
