What should I do if I bought my pair from a retailer?

If your pair was purchased from a retailer, the legal guarantee is in principle the retailer’s responsibility, not the manufacturer’s or supplier’s.

The retailer is therefore your first point of contact for any after-sales request. If your product is still under guarantee and meets the conditions for coverage, the retailer from whom you purchased it may offer an exchange or a refund.

If the retailer refuses to handle your request, please contact our Happy Customer Service team, who will do their best to find a solution.

How can I make a guarantee claim?

To benefit from the guarantee, you will need to provide proof of purchase, take photos of the damaged part, and contact our Customer Care team.

Accepted proof of purchase:

  • for an order placed on the IZIPIZI website: your order reference
  • for a purchase made in store: your receipt
What are IZIPIZI’s guarantee conditions?

All items sold by IZIPIZI come with a guarantee.

If, within two years of purchase, an IZIPIZI product is damaged for reasons not related to improper use, IZIPIZI will replace it or refund the purchase price.

Please note that if the pair has been handled by a third party, it will no longer be covered by the guarantee.
