What should I do if I ordered the wrong item?

If you think you may have ordered the wrong item, first check your order details in your confirmation email or in your customer account.

If the mistake was made when placing the order, you may return the item for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Please refer to our returns procedure for more information.

What should I do if I received the wrong item?

If you received a different item from the one you ordered, this may be due to an error during order preparation. Although this is rare, it can happen.

Before returning the item, please contact our Customer Care Team. They will help you as quickly as possible.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

You will be refunded within a few days of your return being received by our warehouse.

Please note that it may then take a few additional days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Why do I have to pay for return shipping?

At IZIPIZI, we do everything we can to make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible, including when it comes to returns.

To keep the process simple, we offer prepaid return label options that are available in just a few clicks through our return portal.

This contribution helps cover the logistics costs associated with transport and return processing, including collection, quality checks, and restocking. It also helps limit unnecessary returns and reduce waste.

How long do I have to return my order?

When you buy online, you have a 30-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your order.

In exceptional circumstances, this period may be extended, for example during the Christmas period.

If your return is accepted, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
