How do I create or log in to my account?
You can create or log in to your account by clicking the account icon on our website.
You can either sign in with Shop or enter your email address. No password is required. If your email address is already linked to an account, you will be able to access it. If not, a customer account may be created.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can place an order without creating an account.
However, logging in allows you to access your orders, manage your profile information, save addresses, and update your communication preferences more easily.
Where can I find my order history?
You can find your orders by logging in to your customer account and clicking Orders.
Please make sure you use the same email address as the one used to place your order.
How can I update my personal information?
You can update your personal information by logging in to your account and clicking Profile.
From your profile, you may be able to update information such as your name, phone number, additional information, and saved addresses.
How can I manage my addresses?
You can add, edit, or update your saved addresses from the Addresses section of your customer account.
Please note that updating a saved address in your account will not change the delivery address of an order that has already been placed.
How can I manage my communication preferences?
You can manage your communication preferences from the Marketing preferences section of your customer account.
Depending on your account settings, you may be able to subscribe or unsubscribe from email, SMS, WhatsApp, or push notifications.
How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter either from the Marketing preferences section of your customer account or by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any IZIPIZI newsletter email.
